He has orange hair and glasses, has part of the hair up in the back, is very sure about himself all the time and acts like he's the best of the class, loves to make up excuses for everything.

...I know what you must be thinking! That video tape must look very incriminating, but I can assure you it's not my fault! It was all Scarfy's idea! He was trying to cheat and boost his grade, and he made me help him! I tried to stop him, honest! I can assure you, I'd never do something so dirty and underhanded!

The video cameras only showed you near Smelter, so I fail to see how this was his idea. This 'Scarfy' does not take my classes, why would he think this up?

What kind of moron sets up the video cameras so they only watch such a tiny part of the classroom? Anyway, it was all his fault and his idea and you should go punish him right now.

I believe this 'moron' would set up a camera to watch Smelter. After all, I waited to see if anyone would try to control him without me there. It was going to happen eventually.
