We're doing King Lear in our Shakespeare class (which I love, by the way-- the whole thing's so gritty and tragic and horrifying), and God help me but within the course of it I started to ship Cordelia/the Fool. (VAST's songs about unrequited love aren't helping matters.)

Even better than finding good fic among all the crap is finding a section that has nothing but good fic.

Granted, it happens about as often as finding a needle in a haystack, but hey-- sometimes you get lucky.
