Of the things that you didn't already list, here are a few more I'm thinking about:
Hataraku Saibou ;) When I read the description, I was thinking "wait, is this really a series about anthropomorphized cells? :P" IDK, it could be ridiculous, but I'm really curious.
FLCL Alternative - This is coming later in the summer, I think? Hasn't started yet. But I liked the original series, so I figure I'll give it a try. It's been forever since I watched it though, so who knows.
Satsuriku no Tenshi - This is a maybe for me. I like the general idea: a girl waking up in a mysterious room with no memories? But it's based on a game and...who knows :P
Sunoharasou no Kanrinin-san - Slice of life, could be cute.
Phantom in the Twilight - Another maybe, another supernatural series. I mostly like that it's set in London :P
I'm going to go against the norm and say... I really didn't care for FLCL... hahaha
Due to some of the series I was interested in being late to start, I did try out some of them on your list. I really like Satsuriku no Tenshi... and didn't like Phantom in the Twilight (read: reverse harem). I couldn't make it past the first episode. Let me know if that changes... And let me know how the others are!
