I had the best day yesterday!! So it's only natural that I'm going to blab all about it :) The army was holding a sort of family open day at the Wide Bay Training Area (near Gympie and Rainbow Beach) so family/friends and ex-service people could come and watch a live firing exercise. It's pretty rare for civilians to be allowed to watch an army

Sunburn did hurt like a bitch for a bit but it peeled and has basically gone now... I never tan, just burn!
Was cool to see my bro and in totally different surroundings then I usually do, he was in his element.
