I’ve had a lot of time in the last week to take a step back and reflect on everything. Mostly the time has been granted to me, because I have been sick and haven’t been able to do much of anything. We think it is my appendix, but who knows. Anyway, I’ve had to delegate a lot of tasks, which I admit has been hard for me. I like to be in control

So... I haven't used good old lj in literally 3 years and 1 month, but I've decided to come back. Little did I know you had all this going on in your life! It really has been forever! In order to keep this from sounding like something with a lot of exclamation points... I'll just say that I can't believe you're doing all this (actually, I can. I have no problem believing you're accomplishing something so huge. You're one of the brightest people I've ever known), and I'm so proud of you! I'm totally following you and you bet your ass we'll get back in contact with each other now. :) love you!

Katie! It has been too long. I'm so glad to hear from you. It's not that big, just a little project, but it has been one of the most amazing experiences I have ever had. I have kinda flaked on keeping up with my journal the past month. Haha to busy playing in Africa. How have you been? What are you up to? How is life post-graduation? Tell me tell me.
