Hello my dear! One advice we can give is that it must not be too short to the point that the prompt is vague. If your prompt is short but it brings the point across then yes that would do fine. The prompt should also not be too long to the point that it overly specifies elements of the fic, which will seriously limit the writer's creativity in expanding the depth of the fic.
