D: D: D: *hugs you close, bundles you up* Dude, drink a TON of tea (one of the few ones you can stand) or just hot drinks, if you can, because that really does help--hot water does your body a world of good. *epic sadface* I hope you can stave it off, I really don't want you to have to be miserable.

Aughhh noooo don't get sick :( :( :( *hugs* Apparently oil of oregano is awesome for fighting off colds, and olive leaf extract (comes in pills) can fight off viruses. (LOL can you tell we rely on herbal remedies in our house?) If you see any while you're out and about, you should pick some up~

I have now stocked up on Honey lozenges and Vics, and am smearing my chest with glorious Tiger Balm when I go to bed, hoping all the while for the best-- but your ideas sound pretty cool! Will keep in mind-- am can count on both fingers and still have room to spare for the last few times I have been sick in my life, so I am never really well-stocked :( (EVEN IF MY MOM WAS SUPER PARANOID RE: SWINE FLU)
