I mean, all the food sounds properly awesome, and that is so lovely of your mum. It is wonderful to be pampered!

But your schedule sounds hectic! I only wish I could make soothing noises at you IRL! Someone once told me I had a very soothing voice, you know ;)

and yessssss it was so wonderful, especially as it was such a treat because normally she (rightly) yells at me to do it my own damn self, but I must have made a particularly feeble picture to make her mothering instinct go into such overdrive (delightful, delightful overdrive)

Awwwwwwww, darlin'. *BIG LONG HUG* I'm so sorry you're crazybusy. I HATE that feeling. It's like, when are you supposed to decompress in order to have the brain and spirit to do any of the OTHER things you have to, let alone things you WANT to? :( :( :( Well, I'm glad your mom was AWESOME, in any case.

'zere anything I can do to help? I could, uhh, write you that gift I owe you? (I'm still sort of working on that ANGELBABY one, btw, which is frustrating and refuses to be either serious OR funny and just sucks currently. But it won't always.)
