!!!!! YOU ARE MY HERO OLGA. And fffff that promo is HOTASS and yet can still be probed for academic goodness, I mean you have the themes of a genre show showing uncharacteristic "exploitation" of BOTH sexes-- sexy ghost lady AND porn star Sammy, you have SPN as a show that gives homage to its genre roots re: setting/scenery, yet also takes its own spin on things (the motels in all their glory, the use of color etc etc) <--okay this is not in the promo, but you DO have the stats that SPN is also one of the few genre shows where the creators and network are damn well aware that their main audience are the ladies, and cater to them accordingly~

a;ldksfj derogatory got into it and I had been reading it on and off since the community on LJ first got started, but I never considered, like, actually /joining/ the fandom until I told her how i wanted to write a long pointless story about England and Hong Kong and she was like DO IT.

I have so many complaints about Hetalia that it's like, hilarious, but god I WANT TO BE A PART OF THE FANDOM SO BAD.
