Why can't I remember my dreams? I mean I am one of those who believe they do contain messages and the like, plus as a minor follow of Morpheus keeping track of them should be easy right

The first two suggestions I could make, which are kind of obvious, would be to keep a journal for scratching down your dreams next to your bed. As soon as you wake, scratch down anything you can remember no matter how small. If you cannot remember anything, write the words "Last night, I dreamt..." and then finish the sentence. Even if you don't remember any dreams, finish it. Make something up. It doesn't matter so long as you get something down. Soon, you won't need to make it up
