Woke up this morning quite cozy under the electric blanket. Fred got up, but I went back to sleep. He woke me up after some unknown period to tell me the boiler was out. Outside temp was -18. Inside temp was 49. He got it running again, and we're crossing our fingers that it was just the extreme cold and not a bigger problem ( Read more... )

You're so sweet.. thanks for the encouraging response to my depressed post :) I definitely have to thicken my skin a little, but it's nice to have friends out there to tell me it'll be ok. I'm definitely a little sad that I won't be spending a summer with you and Carissa and some of my other favorites, but I think we're all a little glad to be out of Wooster this summer :)
