i've only listened once but i like it. i'm leaving it on as backround music tonight. and i wanted to mention it sounds like i fuck. there's usually a lot of reverb involved.
thanks! now my girlfriend listened to it some more and likes it better. soon she'll ask me to do her like my music. "gimme that hot reverb! more deeeelayyyy!!!" but, yesterday we went to see that crap movie "shortbus", and from now on, every sex act will feel like some emotional fixing. "my orgasm is like world peace!" - yes, baby, you're the bomb!
btw, your new comic page is amazing. now, i want to see the other 173! and, i signed in for the stanleyremixthing at dzima's.
wow, that's exactly what my girlfriend said (other than the quote in the entry): she would prefer to hear this music with a movie. steal that camera, and show me your mind's visions, dzima!
thank you very much - deep bow returned. momus says its "anne laplantine-ish". i guess that's not too catastrophic, since he loves her music. but i couldn't make out if he likes it for that, or thinks its un-original. he's very discrete. well, i'd say, parts of what we are doing might come from similar sources, though i couldn't compete with her musicianship. we both have a background as trained "classical" guitarists, i guess. but i don't consider myself an "instrumentalist", and, in fact, my "training" faded long ago. i've grown completely unable to play compositions. (i think, she added noise to her melodies, whereas i try to add melodies to my noise)
another music post in preparation for the weekend. earlier stuff.
re-listened to a lot of your music, also to decide, which track to abuse for dzimainspades. i think, i will settle for "nostalgia for mud". a very remarkable piece. i can listen to that one again and again.
