Having settled so far into the straight man role that he’s become the go-to-pan-for-bemused-“what’s-up-with-these-people” look guy, Ben Wyatt finally gets a much need feature episode…

I enjoyed reading your recap. What you said about Andy/April I agree with: "Maybe because of the long hiatus, but it feels like it’s been too long since we’ve been reminded why April and Andy were so enjoyable together in the first place." However I didn't feel their reunion in the end was anticlimatic. Just the opposite really. All those wonder feelings of them being together came rushing back. I'm eager to see what their dating life will bring.

We need more scenes of Ann and Leslie being friends. Ann in a relationship = boring to me.

Thanks for reading! I've never done anything like this before, but Parks and Rec needs the love.

Oh I'm defnitely eager to see what hijinks come up with April and Andy together. What, for example, does Andy think is a romantic date? And if we get to see more Mouse Rat, well, bring it ON.

As for Ann: Word. The show was built around their two-females-lead thing, and now all of Ann's scenes are with Chris (and to a lesser extent, all of Leslie's scenes involve Ben).

(Or maybe I'm just sad we won't get a Galentine's Day episode this year?)
