He’s gazing at something in the distance with a somber expression that tugs at Aiba’s heart and makes him somehow think of a puppy that’s been abandoned in a cardboard box threatening to tear, drenched in rain that sinks so deep into its fur that no matter how hard the puppy tries to snuggle into itself, it can’t find warmth

Sarah. Oh, Sarah. I'd quote the whole chapter at you, but this line!! It's just such an Aiba thing to say!!
I love your references to things that have happened both in the real world and the dream world, and I love, love, love your Aiba/Jun interaction. Jun's worries... the way he tries to hide them... I only know a handful of authors who can write Jun's character with any fluidity, and you're one of them. I particularly love the way that Aiba cares for Jun, even though he doesn't really know him...

With the switching POVs, I tried really hard to make each chapter sound like the person... so that the things they notice or think about, or the way they think, fits. So I thought, how would Aiba see Jun? and nothing but Kimi wa Petto came to mind XD

Jun is so hard orz so it makes me happy to hear that I write him well...
