For those of you who've seen my standard "tea cup" - ie the lovely blue Lodema's pottery mug I picked up a couple years back at Dickens which holds just about 18 ounces of my favorite beverage - I had a realization today ( Read more... )

Just double checked. Our large mugs hold 16oz, so we are basically drinking a medium (grande) cup of tea.

Now how many we actually drink a day, that's another story. And I don't think I will be joining you on the tea diet. I still like to chew things and chew tea does nothing for me.

Well true...I don't want chewy tea (as you know from the water-snobbery). But if you just need something to chew on to go WITH your tea... *waggles eyebrows*
