So I haven't updated recently for people. Mostly because there is nothing new going on down here. Work is being the same. Trying to get out more. -

Who is having some money troubles, so I thought I'd share this. Get Rich Slowly has a huge list of resources out for getting our finances back in order.

Mah Day
Went to Stanley Park and took picture of the Herons mating, the swans courting, and tree knots. Also spent some time sketching and painting, but since scanner hates me and doesn't work people don't get to see those yet ( Read more... ) -
Sad sad day
My scanner died.
But Penta and I have a new 4-in-1 printer that I get to play with now.
And it's one less thing on my over crowded desk.
Still, it's a sad day when a scanner dies. -
Uphill I A Goes
Considering the hellishness that was yesterday, today was much better. I showed up and basically said, "Here is what needs to be done, here is what I need you to let me do, and here is where I need you to let me in." to my manager. Brain = Mush
Today has been an insanely good day for me. Woke up around 6am this morning to my wonderful husband rubbing my back. We got up and showered a couple hours later and went out to fetch ourselves some tasty breakfast from Joe's Grill. I had a really good Strawberry Crepe. And to start off the new season things are looking a little brighter (for me at least). Yesterday I redyed my hair and now am back to the shiny copper orange/red do I was sporting up in PG. So last night was the prayers that I basically missed thanks to running late and traffic, not that I would of known what to say or anything. Still I know that my Grandmother would of wanted me there. Funeral is today at 10:30. Penta will be late since he got an emergency call last night. If he doesn't respond to the call he could lose his job ( Read more... ) -
I wants to go to this
My french is no where near good enough, but I would to attend Fetes de la Nouvelle France in Quebec this year. Reasons for going: It would be awesome, great research for ST (novel), get to travel to Quebec which I've always wanted to, It would be frinkin' awesome!
