Movie fun.

I saw Pan's Labyrinth yesterday. It was pretty good. Some of the themes in the movie may not have been tied together ideally, but it was still well done. Also, maybe it's just me, but Saw was less disturbing on the blood/violence/gore scale. Maybe it's just because it felt much more personal in Pan's Labyrinth. I had to look away a couple of times

For someone who enjoys cinematic torture, I really wasn't all that impressed with Saw, as many claim to be. It was alright, but not anything to make my eyes burst out of my head. I liked the pit of needles in the second one, I suppose. Can't remember anything of the first and the third was bland in the character department.

I want to see Pan's Labyrinth a lot. = D
