Um...this would probably impact me more if I knew for certain who that is under the 4 gallon hat. I'll go out on a limb here and say ol' Scott-sama since the autographee is dressed as Duo and Mr. Cowboy is signing a plastic scythe.

If it is him, then JEEBUS he's changed. I'm used to him having the beard and shorter, darker hair.
