Okay, so I feel like there's nothing on this journal except for fic, and it's probably mostly gonna stay that way because I'm not really mad with the posting, but I have a few things I wanna write about, so, a list...

Also, I completely approve of slutty!Cook fic. And my sekrit pairing is jumping out at me right there in your description (Skib sent to rescue Archie *waggles eyebrows* )

I am v. excited about Cook single tomorrow! It's doubtful that the single will come out as anything other than a digital download, so unless your friend is coming to NY in November, you probably won't get a CD out of it. But, I could be totally wrong also!

Re: header, this'll probably surprise you - I want it to be David Cook related. Shocking; I know! I guess something that fits the colour scheme of my lj, and I know nothing about sizes and widths etc. I'm afraid... As for photos, I like the official ones on his facebook, even though he never freaking smiles in photoshoots! I can upload them if that would help?

Between you and oflights I am doomed! I refuse to give in to Archie/Andy gracefully though - I'm gonna go kicking and screaming all the way! I suppose I did rashly offer to write anything... :D (I think my problem with the pairing, although objectively it is totally awesome, is I'm too much of a Cook girl - if he was left out, I'd be all sad. Unless it's a threesome or he has a super-hot girl/boyfriend to console him...)

I love that too, like how the same video shot from different angles PROVES that Cook is in love with whoever. Or that the exact same picture means something different to each community. It's actually kind of fascinating!

I think it's cool how the lyrics or, indeed, most of DC's actions, can be interpreted as meaning he is a) head over heels in love with Archuleta; b) secretly married to Michael; or c) totally doing Andy every chance he gets.

HA! ITA. It makes my head totally spin, but I love it. I, personally, find it difficult to relate any of Cook's lyrics to any of his various supposed lovers, because a. he didn't write Light On; and b. sometimes that makes the R in RPF seem a liiittle too real, you know? A whole summer of writing fic about this man, and I am still weird about it sometimes, heh.

Oh, and I'm gonna take this moment to encourage any fic ever from you right now, because I am DYING for a good, new, preferrably lengthy and awesome fic and I can't just keep re-reading The Art Of Persistance over and over again, I'm gonna start writing it into my Chaucer essay. So what I'm saying is: MOAR! In a gentle, sane, kind-of-demanding-but-also-nice-about-it way. ♥
