All my companions were exasperated with the scene and most of all my reaction.

I think exasperated should be changed to something else that's more along the lines of surprised. (aghast, dismayed, overwhelmed, stunned, etc.) Exasperated makes them sound tired and annoyed of Miko-dono, and I don't think that's quite right...

Sorry for nit-picking. That sentence just really struck me as an odd one...and I hope you don't mind me friending you. :]
