What I meant was, did they say anything?

I know you said something about Hellooooo but I wasn't sure if you were saying that's what was said or saying that your sister says that. :|

Yeah, when I answered it the first time, I was like, 'Hello, __ speaking' like I normally do if I don't know who'se calling. They went 'Hellooooooo' and I was like, 'What do you want Chibi D<' and then realized it wasn't her. 8| They could have at least told a corny 'Is your refrigerator running' joke.

Argh I hate that! Do they even bother talking at all or just call and nobody's there when you answer? You can register both your home and cell with the National Do Not Call Registry: https://www.donotcall.gov/default.aspx or http://www.ftc.gov/donotcall You can also file a complaint at that site. Charities, debt collectors and political organizations are exempt. You can also try a reverse number look-up at anywho.com. you might be able to figure out who it is. Good luck.

Aside from the first time where the person went 'Hellooooooo' in a mocking way that makes me think it's a prank call, they haven't said anything when I actually answer the phone.

I'm already on the Do Not Call list. I put it in months ago for both my home and cell so that should have went through by now. Because of the times they called, I don't think it's a telemarketer either. They have to call between 8 and 8, I believe. And all the calls have been outside of that range. I tried the reverse number look-up and nothing comes up either. I'm going by the station tomorrow to see about my options.
