Not a retard... In the manga they say that each one is one of a kind... but... if they knew before hand about the gum gum fruit... that means that someone, somewhere had to have eaten it before... right?

Yeah I've always wondered about that. They always know exactly what the fruits are called after the person eats it so therefore they had to know beforehand.
