AKA the greatest game you've never played for PS2. The first Kessen was alright, but more about showing what the PS2 could do than making an actual game (it was a release title). Interesting. Maybe I should give it a try. I haven't played anything for a while. What sort of action are we talking here, though? Am I going to have to be shooting at things? ^^;

It's a bit hard to describe. You control one unit of troops at a time while your others are controlled by the AI (you can set their routes and the general AI tactics, though). You manually make the unit attack like an action game, and can do short combos. You also manually make them defend. At the same time, the more you move and attack, the more the unit loses formation, which lowers defense, so you have to press the defend button every so often to get them to reform ( ... )
