Doujicon was great I don't think I will sell peanut brittle next time, though it was fun to see if people liked it X)It would have done better at a bake sale maybe. I'm so happy you sold 31 comics its great! fantastic!
I loved all the movies we seen and I was sad when they ended I wanted to watch more! Movies are to short these days.
31, that's pretty decent! A dedicated event like that must mean people are actually interested in buying stuff instead of just watching screenings/cosplay.
Yeah, I thought it wasn't a bad day in terms of sales. Those kind of numbers would be just under an average day at Supanova Sydney from memory and given that Supanova would have had 10 times the attendance in what Doujicon had, I say that's really good results (I'm guessing Doujicon 2 got around 300-400 people but I have no facts to back this guess of course).
There were hardly any cosplay compared to Supanova actually. So maybe that gave something less for the people attending to do and therefore buy comics! :)
Hi Maggie, yeah the big PF banner were there I think. I definitely saw it on the table that was allocated for Pulp Faction when I got there during the set up time.
I'm not sure if anyone used the table during the day to sell anything though.

I think your peanut brittle did really well considering the audience or the people weren't really there for food but comics.
