Kicked the last kid out today. Still have to go back tomorrow to pack the room, verify the grades, file the TAKS essays, and fit 5908234800982304 files into my cabinet. Am hoping to be done by noon, as Mom wants to drive up to Commerce to look around TAMU-C. She's decided to go back to school and get her teaching certificate in SpEd since social ( Read more... )

Yeah on getting rid of your last student..um, that doesn't sound quite right, does it? hee

Also, tell Will I'm proud of him for passing too! :-D

And try not to get too lost taking your mom to school..it'd be expensive to hire a posse to find ya ;)

Finally, I should have my flight info for you next weekend. I thought I was gonna have it this weekend but something's come up (like always) and so, it'll be next weekend. Can't wait to see you and I hope you get to see your dentist asap!

Finding the school isn't the problem--I drove there 60 gazillion times when I was enrolled. Remembering where the buildings are is another issue.

Just checking out your journal, I'm going to come here when I need a good giggle to cheer me up, you're pretty damn funny! I wish I was, the humor I've been able to come up with would fit on the head of a pin, with room to spare for a flea circus or two. Then again, I haven't been feeling all that cheery lately, given that my stupid job hasn't given me a real paycheck in about a two months. Seriously looking for another one!
