.88 of a mile today! I swear, I could do a mile easily if it weren't so freakin' hot. I keep the air at 76-78, which with ceiling fans is tolerable as long as you're not active. But about half a mile in, I'm so hot and sweaty that I just want a cold shower, not more exercise

I didn't really think about that, it being dad's birthday. I feel bad now. It's funny though, I never really feel like he is gone, it's like he's always there for me somewhere, like he's the voice in my head that is always being sensible at me, even when all I personally want to do is lie down and give up or wallow in self pity. I miss him being around, especially when I hear other women talk about their fathers, or see generations of families together, but I'm glad that Powell has come into our lives too. He seems to be a really good person. Well, I'm rambling, because I haven't had my Ritalin in about two weeks, give or take, and won't have it till tomorrow. So, I'll let you go, and talk to you later, hope everything is going ok.
