Mourning Tea and New Regency Outfit

Yesterday was the DFWCG's Mourning Tea.  There was a spectacular turnout!  One of our members extended the invitation to the local Lolita group as well as a local heritage museum.  Many of them accepted, and there must have been 50 attendees.  Wow

Everyone looks spectacular! I love Lolita style-- some of those Japanese girls take it crazy far and are pure $$$$ perfection head to toe. Outstanding!

Thank you! This was my first real experience with Lolitas, so I was surprised (in a good way) at all the costuming.

Some of the costumes they do are so exquisite, and so so expensive! Like couture! Some head to to outfits cost many thousands-- and some of the dolls alone they carry are thousands. They don't consider it costume at all-- it's just clothes to them! Every day!

Thank you! Chris is great to sew for. She just lets me make her whatever I want and then she pays me for it. She loved the bag too, and I still have enough of that Radiance left to make another if I want.
