This morning I discovered that someone made a self-contained native installer for Mediawiki. Meaning, you download an .exe file, run the install wizard, and Mediawiki runs on your computer without you having to manually install PHP/MySQL/Apache/etc. This is awesome. I can't organize very well on paper XD; So I end up typing everything, but then the typed files aren't organized either. Plus I like HTML so I can make headers and things, but I'm far too lazy to actually code HTML for every page of notes. So wikis are awesome because they fix all of this :D I was just having a really hard time finding one with an interface I liked.

Ooh very nice. :D My mother likes to mock-complain about Wikipedia, because it's one of those things that's such an obvious idea that no one ever thought of it. Because apparently in the world of software development, they use wikis all the time, so she's like it's just a wiki, dammit. XD

I usually just stuff all my ideas into a notebook or various text files, because I'm disorganized like that... :D;;;

And she still hasn't moved that thing yet?! O_o Yeah, do not want.

8D It's true, wikis aren't at all uncommon these days XD Wikipedia just happens to be the most popular and well-known. And it's very very very big.

I go crazy if things are disorganized ;A; IT BOTHERS ME.

No, no she hasn't. Or any of the other stuff. I'm considering taking a picture of her side of the room just to show how filthy it is.
