Thank you for this lovely offering, I very much enjoyed reading it. :-) What an interesting idea, to illustrate a character through fifty random words. Quite a rewarding exercise - I like the way you used it to create a backstory for James and progressed through time down the list. You did a lovely job telling a story with just 50 sentences. :-)
I do hope that you will grace us with more posts here. :-) We're always pleased to have more Navyboys!fanatics aboard. ;-)
Thank you for the comment, I'm so pleased you enjoyed it. I wasn't originally planning for it to be chronological, but it kind of just happened, as these things are wont to do. And thank you for the welcome! Hee, fanatic is an extreme word, but perhaps entirely appropriate in the case of the Navy boys. ;)
ah, my apologies if "fanatic" was a bit strong for you - I suppose I was referring more to myself and certain others who *are* undoubtedly and in every sense of the word fanatics when it comes to our Navyboys. ;D LOL. :-)
Thank you for your lovely comments, glad you liked it. ^_^ And I most certainly do intend to write more... there's just not enough Norrington love in the world. *shakes head*
Wow, thank you so much - I'm overwhelmed! I just find young!James so fascinating, "the boy before the wig". I had fun writing these, and so I'm very glad others have enjoyed reading them. :)

#3,#7, #29 and #40 are my favorites, but all are excellent. Great James backstory.
Welcome, and thanks for sharing. Hope you grace us with many more.

It was lovely. What I wouldn't give to write the Commodore only half as well as you!
