“Working’ Retirement

I’ve been ‘retired’ for a number of years but mentally I keep myself ‘employed.’ For a while I worked many hours as a volunteer in the kitchen at Senior Meals and coordinated the book sales for the Friends of the Library where we lived.

I liked this entry...It was sweet. It said a lot about you. And, I love the pictures. I wish I knew how to make hats.

Michael,

You can make hats. Requirements for making hats are being able to single crochet, read a pattern and have yarn and hook. There are a huge number of free crochet hat patterns on Ravelry just for the effort of searching and printing them out.
