I was just reading about someone making fudge with evaporated milk and had a craving (and an idea for last minute work gifts)
Your recipe is the one that includes the proportions I remembered (which saves me from hunting down the handwritten recipe)
Thanks for the tip about the butter. I have always made it with margarine before because I assumed that the mixture got too hot and would burn real butter.
