So I was all, 'Eh I dunno if this is worth it!' but I made an account on there so I could take the damn ( Read more... )

I guess it's not so much the calories as the grams of fat that you have to watch out for...? At least that's what I've heard.

LOL and yeah I'm usually pretty bad about actually eating 3 meals a day, and a lot of times I skip breakfast XD; I've heard too, that eating many small meals are better than 3 regular meals, keeps your metabolism going!

See, I don't understand calories... because supposedly they're lies. Because you burn them when you do ANYTHING... but maybe it just matters less for me because I'm not able to eat 3 (or sometimes 2 ^^; ) meals a day. All I know is, when I work out, I come back and eat EVERYTHING. IN. SIGHT. So I try to come back and peel a cucumber to eat because - 90% water win ( ... )

OKAY XD I will attempt to teach you my ab routine! Since I suck at explaining things, I'll use pictures too, hahaha~

Alright, well to start off, when you get the the gym find a good place on the floor to do the first part of the workout. If there's a mat you can use, awesome! XD Anyway, the first thing I do is cross-body crunches. Unlike in the picture, I keep my legs in the air, crossing my left ankle over my right knee and bringing my left elbow to my right knee, then switching when I do the other side. I usually do 15-20 on each side, more depending on how in-shape I am LOL.

After that, leg lifts! You don't need to lay on a bench like she is, the floor is perfectly fine XD Do 10-20 of those, more if you can.

Next, leg raises. The way that Matt taught me was to have your legs fully extended, but if you can't quite do that (I can't XD) then you can bend your knees. Usually 15-20 of those are good ( ... )

ROFL it wouldn't all fit in the same post!!

Part 3...don't worry there isn't much to this last part XD Basically you go back to your mat or spot on the floor your were using, and just burn out on regular old crunches. I do like 50 or 60, and IF YOU CAN STILL SIT UP after that, do regular sit-ups until you absolutely cannot anymore.

If you do all that, you shouldn't be able to MOVE for the next few days XDD But this is a fantastic routine really, and I was getting a six-pack after a couple months of doing it regularly! I do this workout every Friday. I don't work out every day, because I need to give my muscles time to heal after I've destroyed them XD; Normally it's Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, targeting different muscle groups on each day and I always end with at least 15 minutes of cardio. I'd LIKE to go more than that, but the fact is, I'm always just too dead/sore XD Maybe when I get to the point where I'm not in pain for a week afterwards! XDD
