Our recipe uses 3 eggs and only 1/3 cup oil, for a slightly less oily cookie. Still nice and moist, too.

We usually get about two pans (~40 cookies) out of it.

That's veeeery interesting.. And I think I see a trend. I looked online for a recipe, and there were so many variations that I called my sister and asked her - she thought it called for 1 egg and 1 cup oil. The ones I studied averaged 2 eggs and 1/2 cup oil. Yours is 3 eggs and 1/3 cup oil.... XD I'll have to try it your way next time and see which I prefer.

Yeah, it seems the more egg you put in, the less oil. ::shrug::
