I always got my midnight tickets online through Cinemark, which go on sale about two weeks before the opening. You can also get them at the box office of course, but the Internet is more handy!

Or fandgo. It does charge a $1 service charge, but you should (theoretically) be able to get midnight showing tickets there, too. At least, that's where I got mine for PotC movies.
