adventures in Home Depot...

Well. We have our living room painted and this weekend we moved the furniture in and I've been sort of arranging/decorating. It's really not done, but it's clean and the color is so pretty and I just keep walking in and making happy, gleeful noises. [I promise I'm not kidding. The noises are like a single, pleased sigh. I made, probably six of ( Read more... )

I love copilot. I love you. The two of you together is sheerly awesome.

I want to have your kind of marriage when I grow up. ^_^

Ahhh, but I don't share the bad things. Only the funny ones. :D ♥ Though, I am convinced we go well together because we're both nuts.

I do, too. Though, I'm planning to never grow up. ;)

♥ we were just talking about you recently... friday or something? Oh! I remember -- it was "Geography" day at school and we were all supposed to wear a t-shirt from a place, so I stole his Ajax t-shirt and wore it to work. We just got discussing all of the wonderful things and people that we saw and that there really, really wasn't enough time in Holland. woe.

Heee!! I just love that co-pilot has an Ajax shirt. I really ought to buy myself either a Feyenoord or a Sparta shirt *nods* I could bring it when I come and bother you guys :D All we'd need then is a soccer game *grins*

No there wasn't!!! So, that raises the question. When are y'all coming back????

I love that he does, too!

Alas, but I have no football shirts -- though I do have a West Ham one. ;)

When are you planning to come? We have a guest room, and it's down to only 12 10 boxes now. And all the boxes are shoved over to one side, so it's mostly a comfortable, cozy room. And you could head into DC and see the sights! And we could cook and and hang out in my newly painted and arranged living room! :D

[I don't know when we're coming back. I want it to be soon, but this whole... money, work, honeymoon, etc... thing is making it difficult.]

I first heard about that part from Tim Allen's book and I think his exact words were "Someone had to be laughing when they came up with the name for that part." :D

Hubby and I just watched Meet the Fockers last night - your post reminded me of when Greg's dad meets Pam's parents for the first time and tells about his undescended testicle.

Glad your living room is done - can't wait for teh pix.

Not done so much as... done for now. :D and I need to bring my camera home!
