No, they're NOT flying RallyComm down there. They're flying the flags and 2 people with the flags, namely Megan and someone else.

Perhaps we should fly two of our members down, too, so it'll all be fair. I volunteer.

Ahh okay, well that's more fair. I heard from a couple of people that rally-comm got to fly and I thought that was unfair.
