This is somethign I wanted to post for a while now.

I listen to NPR everyday, 45 min when driving to work and then 50 min on the way from work to school, and then for 30 more min from school on my way home. Basically, I listen to NPR A LOT and I also spend A LOT of time driving. NPR is my favorite radio station and I have yet to come across a media

Greetings fellow NPR lover!!! :)I can not imagine my life without NPR. I find NPR is probably one of top 3 things I love about America. :) The problem is that in Tampa they only play news and classical music on NPR channel. I even complained to the station managers, but they said "their audience prefers classical music". Right. Just admit it, that your audience is old and Republican, right? :))) Having said that for some reason you listed the programs I dislike most: sound bites, car talk and prerie home companion. :)))) I guess "to each their own". :))) My favourite programs are Diane Rhemm Show and To The Best of Our Knowledge. I like Fresh Air too when she does not do shows about music stars. Right now I can only listen to this stuff over the internet though. :)))

That is a great injustice to you Tamp-eons :) that you only get the cut and limited version of NPR.!!!!
