Miyu and I have been taking turns to care for Cloud. He's been wiggling a bit as of late, but I wonder if it's normal or not. The only time when Cloud doesn't wiggle much is when I read to him while he's kept nice and warm in a blanket

Taking turns reading to Cloud would be a splendid idea. I would think he just likes the sound of our voices, since I've been reading to him from Quiddich Monthly as well as from several selected readings of Homer's Odyssey.
