Thanx. Its been a cycle and it has felt like years since the breakup, in reality only 5 or 6 months (not sure). But hopefully I'm reaching the end of it.

You're absolutely right...dwelling on what was isn't productive, and focusing on what could be (and what you have to offer) is a much better use of your abundant talents. Keep the faith, my dear friend, better days are ahead!

Its incredibly easy to say and realize, but hard to follow. Everytime I think my emotions are clear and focused, I end up feeling anger and regret again.

Much like Jon Stewart wrote in America the Book. Latinos know two things really well, Futbol and Irrational Emotions.

But its a good thing that the negative emotions are a lesser each day.

Latinos aren't the only ones who can be irrational...Greeks can get a bit passionate, too!

I'm sure the negative emotions will flare up again, every now and then. Just beat the hell out of them when they try to surface ;)
