Jurassic Park was an interesting read. Always good to compare books to their film adaptations. XD

I'd like to read Hambly's take on Renfield, but I fear that I'd be biased against her since I didn't much care for her writing when she dabbled in the Star Wars universe... ^^;;

I noticed that you read Candide for the 50 books challenge in your profile. I'm reading that one right now. I like Voltaire.

I don't know anything about Hambly, but I directed a production of "Dracula" my senior year of high school, so my Dad got me that book for Christmas. ^^

Candide was for school, I admit, but it was an interesting reading. Not exactly what I'd call pleasure reading, but it definitely offered a lot of food for thought.

I think the best book I ever had to read for school was In Cold Blood. Oh, and Like Water For Chocolate. :)
