WOW! I didn't know you were doing this.

As a fellow girl who is always battling with her weight I admire your gusto!

I have been on a weight loss lull for the last month and am definitely feeling the effects.

My pants are too tight!
How do I get my motivation back???

Thanks chickie, and good luck in your fitness goals!!

Motivation is a tricky one, I find it hard to stick with it if I'm not seeing any immediate results. The trick is to hang in there and don't give up!! even if you're not seeing instant progress, there is change in the works. I didn't lose a lot of weight at the start of my fitness plan but then all of a sudden it started to drop right off when I hit a certain point. I'm hoping that'll happen again!! :)
