Another day, another entry...

After yet another two months (or is it two and a half?), I finally get the chance to update my Lj.

Not for the first time will I say this, nor will it be the last: "Time flies so fast!”  Wow, that actually rhymed. Haha. Randomness aside, it's hard to accept the fact that the school year is about to end. It seems so soon; plus, we've just recently ( Read more... )

rant-age, stress, school, random-ness

I should be finishing my schoolwork in advance. . . .

Section E's going to be shuffled? The same thing happened to my third year class, section D. We were called the most notorious class, even to the point of switching advisors for a while. The shattering of our united class truly hurt, but we were able to move on with our new class. (The ironic thing is, the class I ended up moving in was called the best; my thoughts on the last section were totally debunked! XD) Still, I hope you and genikeyks would still be classmates.

And dishwasher forever!!! Hahaha. XD

I do too! :( I'd hate it if we were put in different sections. The chances of us drifting apart are greater that way. Argh. I lost a lot of best friends that way; though that probably means that we weren't really that close if switching sections ended our b.f.f.-ship. (sighs)

P.S...
You were a dishwasher? Pruny hands-much? XD

P.P.S...
Formal Dinners suck. Just sayin'. Haha.

Yes, I was a dishwasher. ^^* My mother joked that our family can run a restaurant since we have a waitress (genikeyks), a cook (my brother), and a dishwasher (yours truly). Seriously, dishwahing's one of the few chores I can do decently. (Probably why I usually get that job during Food Tech.)

At least there was free food, right?

Meh, I suppose. But they could've served something less common; I mean, really, ADOBO and Mango juice? What are we, in Grade school? XP Puh-lease. They could do better than that. -.-; What food did they serve when your batch had the Formal Dinner?

FDMT here, with the comment you've been waiting for.. *applause! applause!

Anyway, I have to agree with you.. the forlmal dinner did have some flaws, especially that thing you call "Spicy Fruit Salad". It's not even spicy! After they announced that we would be having classes, I was very--no, really, really, really, disappointed. I planned to spend the day studying and chatting online, but instead we had to go to school.. That's life, I guess....

Francis!! Thanks for commenting! It's about friggin' time you did. XD

Anyway, I'm quite certain everyone was understandably disappointed when it was announced that classes would continue the next day. I had similar plans for our supposed "day off" from school, which were obviously not realized. (sighs) Great minds think alike, I suppose. Or is it just because we're seatmates? (laughs) Oh well. Whatever. XD

"...I felt responsible for such an idiotic mistake, and most likely the reason why classes were not suspended the next day..."

It wasn't your fault why classes were not suspended.
What you said in the latter part is the reason why we only had half-day.

If you think the reason why classes were not suspended was because of the evaluation of the guests, think of ---- ------ who spilt iced tea on one of the V.I.P's last year. And remember, it was their batch who got one day of no classes.
The only reason why their classes was suspended is, aside from their evaluation, they stayed in school until 11 or 12.

I don't like the idea of spicy fruit salad. Seriously.

Believe me, neither do I; especially when said fruit salad is sprinkled with shrimp, chicken strips and patis. Blech. XP The smell alone is enough to make one lose his appetite, I assure you.

Honestly, I've no idea why they decided to serve that kind of food; I had to take back tons of uneaten fruit salad to the bussing station in the band room on the 8th floor. Most of the guests didn't even touch the stuff. Can't imagine why...XD

Francis here..... about that "Spicy Fruit Salad"... yup! The smell was enough to make the diners lose their appetities! Though some guests did finish their serving of the salad but I guess it's because they have a cold and can't taste or smell anything.. XD

And the worst part is.. we were asked to finish the left-over salad the following day by Mrs. ---!!! I thought of it more as a form of torture, and not as a treat..

BLECH!!!

Bleagh. I remember that all too well. I dumped my salad in the pigslops bin and ate the fruits instead. I think I ate peaches or something; the apples were frozen solid. I remember someone attacking them with a fork that time; I still can't get the image out of my head...XD So funny.
