Whenever you eat something, say cow meat for example; those are cow cells. They are metabolised by your body and then become your own cells. So you really are what you eat remember that

You are right... you are what you eat. That reminded me. Recently I stopped eating so much sweets. scary to think all those eclairs becoming my own cells XD

I'm very pleased you're concerned about such topics as GMO's & viruses, we need to keep aware of such things at the very least for our friends & family.
