So far what I've heard is that David has no scenes with Billie, which means no Doc/Rose. Also appearntly Rose, Donna, and Martha will be in an ep that's just them, Doctor-lite, I think. Also that Mr. Barrowman will be on the companion boat again as Captain Jack Harkness, tho I'm not sure if he will indeed be in the companion eppie, but

Billie as... The Rani maybe? This could be good. The rani tempting the Doctor with his beloved's appearence.
Or maybe Jackie was right in "Army of ghosts". Rose is not Rose Tyler anymore. She's the Bad Wolf!
