However, for me it's hard to reconcile that kind of racism and prejudice on the one hand with love and care for friends and family on the other. I guess there are lots of people that are twisted like that, but to me, it will never really make sense. Ah, whatever. But as to not taking it personally: *Muggle and proud of it* At least I don't get myself screwed by older men and - ...oh wait, I do. XD Err, let's talk about the weather....

Yeah it's a hard thing to reconcile with, but i wrote The Abyss, so i'm a little over it :P Psychopathology is a very interesting subject, and originally i wanted to study that, but they don't really cater for it in Ireland. :( Unless you do criminology (which i suck at, tried it, suck at it.) :) It's sort of like Dexter, the TV show. He likes Deb, his sister.... but he doesnt feel anything much else. He likes his gf's kids.... but he still kills indiscriminately. i suppose different people have different ways of viewing the world, and their morals and ideals are very much different to the 'normal' person's! :P ....and no, i'm not one of them :P
Theaodore Nott <-- shouldn't this be Theodore, or are you using as a way to differentiate between the elder and younger? It's from the third paragraph where Draco's talking about why the Notts are seen as traitors. nevermind, it appears my suposition was correct, you're using it to tell them apart.

I'm glad that Harry and Draco managed to rescue him, though I wonder what the consequences of it will be (not for them, as Lucius has already hinted at this, but for Theo himself - will they manage to stop him going back there, and will he end up dis-inherited and what will that mean for him?).

Theaodore, pronounced Tay-a-dore, is an actual name. Likewise, so is Theoderic, and Theoderina. The first two were Kings and the last was a queen... they're on some very big tapestry in a museum somewhere, though i dont quite remember which one. Either the British Museum (the Mummy Museum) or a Museum in Venice that i visited.
LOL :P Theo is going to be fine. I already have plans for him for next summer. His brother, on the other hand, won't really feature in the story much.
Hi, I started to read this story of your and loooved it. I then went to hp fandom to read the A Life of Lies. Are their any more stories with death eater raising harry (an unexpected death eater even a character that is not originally in series)that you can recommend. I have read a lot of lucius raising him and stuff. (May be another one where harry is raised by Evan Rosier). thanku
Also, no, i'm sorry! This, and A Life Of Lies are the only stories i have seen where Harry is raised by Evan Rosier! Sorry! If you do find any though, please share them? :)
