After almost 2 months of unpaid leave, I tendered my resignation yesterday.

With Clover's host of issues, there was no way I could starve her into submission when it comes to bottling. Because of her relatively low weight and stomach virus, the doctor wasn't keen for us to go down that route either. Hopefully with the helper coming in, she will ( Read more... )

Yay for more time with Clover but nay for the $. But I guess everything is worth. Like you I used to think I will never want to be a SAHM. But now my views have changed too. :)

Actually no issue with the $ since our expenses comes from the hubby paycheck. Just that I cannot use my own money to buy him gifts without depleting savings. And cannot spend crazy money on shoes sigh!

Are you intending to quit after birth?

Actually I don't have the intention but then if there is a need I will do it without hestitating.

When I first realise I was preggie and due to my work demand, I told hubby that I give myself a month to see if I am fit to work. If due to medical reason and the boss is not sympathy about it I will just resign for the sake of the little one'e safety. I am glad I am able to endure till now but future is unpredictable just take baby steps now to see how it goes.

It's difficult to make the choice huh? But I feel it is worth it, to be there for our baby's good times asnd bad times. Clover is very lucky to have you there for her
