Hi Susan / Customer Care team,

This is absolutely unacceptable.

1. Hong Kong DOES NOT IMPOSE customs or import duties on the overseas purchase of items of clothing, books, electronics, etc. Please do not send me a generic excuse for my missing order without first doing any proper investigation or research.

2. I've been a long time customer of ASOS

Yup it's the first time I've had issues with them. Usually I choose the cheapest shipping method and it worked find.

But I've finally received my package 2 days late and ASOS will refund me the shipping charges. :)
