Yummy-licious! I put on so much weight this week. Pigged out more when I worked from home at night. Too little rest, overworked and stress translate into eating all sorts of rubbish. Effectively, only one day break. Sob sob
I have a busy week ahead I think, that's why I've done food prep for the WHOLE WEEK. Trying to eat healthier as well. So trying not to subsist on Indomie when I get home hungry. Rather bring more food so I can eat at 5 or 6pm before I get home.
