Awww.. I totally understand how that is. Feel better! I hope you at least slept *some*. Usually sitting up to sleep helps... it's uncomfortable, but it helps. (ironically I was coughing while writing this)
mint tea also helps. failing that, hot water with honey and lemon. failing that, a nice salty broth (chicken noodle soup or ramen broth works really well) =)
