Due to feeling under the weather, i abbreviated my workout.
I longboarded till i was tired, Doing mostly pushing.
had dinner.
Then i did my shoulder workout (weights) including bicepts and tricepts
50 pushups
100 crunches without stopping phew!
50 pushups
i didn't do the extra hundred pushups, crunches.

No, just kidding. If I was feeling under the weather I'd probably skip most of it. I'm impressed :)
